1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or grain are normal and not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective)
3. Return Process

- Description of issue
- Photo or video proof of damage/defect
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Replacement Policy
We will offer a free replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The item delivered is incorrect

Replacements are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
- The product is defective and cannot be replaced
- The item is unavailable or out of stock
- The return is approved, and the item is received in acceptable condition
Refund Method
Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Damaged During Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos for quick resolution.
